The Creator Manual Terms & Conditions
Applies to purchases and visits on The Creator Manual.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Store operator and platform roles
The Creator Manual independently operates The Creator Manual and is the merchant responsible for its product descriptions, fulfilment, customer support, taxes, and legal compliance.
3DIMLI supplies the storefront, account, checkout, delivery, licensing, and refund-management technology. 3DIMLI does not own the products and is not the seller in your transaction.
These store terms supplement and incorporate the 3DIMLI Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If a store term conflicts with a mandatory platform rule, the platform rule applies to use of the platform; mandatory consumer law continues to apply.
2. Orders, prices, and payment
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
- The price, currency, included files or services, compatibility requirements, taxes, and licence are shown before purchase.
- Payment is processed by the seller-connected payment gateway shown at checkout; that provider's terms also apply.
- An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed. Fraud, duplicate payments, technical errors, or legal restrictions may require cancellation or review.
3. Digital products, bookings, and licences
Products remain owned by The Creator Manual or its licensors. A purchase grants only the licence shown on the product page, receipt, or delivered files.
You may not redistribute, resell, share, scrape, bypass access controls, or use a product outside its licence. Review this store's License Policy and the incorporated 3DIMLI License Policy.
Bookings and services are also subject to the scope, schedule, attendance, rescheduling, and cancellation terms displayed for that listing.
4. Delivery, cancellations, and refunds
Digital delivery and access are governed by this store's Delivery Policy. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by this store's Refund & Cancellation Policy and the incorporated 3DIMLI Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms removes a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Privacy and acceptable use
Personal data is handled as described in this store's Privacy Policy and the 3DIMLI Privacy Policy. You must not misuse the store, payment flow, downloads, reviews, messages, or other platform features.
6. Responsibility and disputes
The Creator Manual is responsible for the products and store support. To the extent permitted by law, neither the seller nor the platform is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and no guarantee is made beyond the listing, applicable licence, express warranty, or mandatory law.
Contact the store first through store support. You may also use the order and refund tools provided by 3DIMLI. Payment disputes may be handled under the connected gateway's rules.
7. Accounts, communications, and acceptable conduct
- Keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- Do not manipulate payments, promotions, reviews, downloads, licences, bookings, or refund evidence.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content or interfere with the store or platform.
- Electronic order confirmations, receipts, security notices, delivery messages, and support communications may be sent to the contact details you provide.
Conduct on the storefront is also governed by the 3DIMLI Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
A listing may be corrected, withdrawn, or updated before an order is accepted. After purchase, access may be limited where payment is reversed, a licence expires or is breached, content must be removed for legal or security reasons, or the platform terms permit suspension. Any mandatory right to access, replacement, repair, refund, or notice remains unaffected.
These terms may change for future visits or purchases. Material changes affecting an existing order will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired unless required by law or accepted by the buyer.
9. Governing law and severability
These store terms are governed by the law applicable to The Creator Manual and the transaction, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in the country where they habitually live. Courts, regulators, payment providers, or alternative-dispute bodies may have jurisdiction under mandatory law.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
